This custom Grand Orchestra pairs premium AA-grade Indian rosewood back and sides with a hand-selected Bearclaw Sitka spruce top, combining the power and resonance of its jumbo-style body with surprising soft-touch sensitivity, warm lows, clear trebles and lush overtones. Alternating black and grained ivoroid Zipper for the purfling and rosette lend this model a retro vibe complemented by grained ivoroid binding. The ebony fretboard and peghead sport a new Corner Seat inlay with Italian acrylic faux pearl frames and grained ivoroid fields, and the body is dressed in a glossy finish with a subtle aged toner treatment and dazzling firestripe faux-tortoiseshell pickguard for the top. This build features Gotoh 510 tuners in antique gold, ES2 electronics and a built-in TaylorSense unit. It ships in a Western Floral deluxe hardshell case.
