A used 2004 Martin D-45 dreadnought acoustic/electric guitar with hardshell case.
This is a beautiful instrument that plays like a dream and sounds heavenly.
This version of the D-45 was produced between 1996 and 2004, but the original design began in 1933 at the reuest of Mr. Gene Autry.
A solid spruce top provides plenty of booming projection and sustain while being accented with the warmth of solid rosewood back and sides.
The overall result is a very well-balanced instrument that boasts some of Martin's finest builds and aesthetic appointments.
Other features include: ebony fretboard, ebony bridge, abalone rosette, ivoroid binding adorned with abalone, and vertical Martin headstock logo.
Checked by our in-house technician, the D-45 has very light fretwear and some minor playwear in the form of some finish swirling and binding scuffs.
The binding has a small scuff on the treble-side upper bout, a few along the back of the lower bout, and on both sides of the neck.
There are a few minor dings along the back of the neck and body as well.
