Shipping & Returns
SHIPPINGFlat Rate / Free Shipping: Flat Rate shipping (or Free Shipping, if applicable) is only for destinations within the contiguous (lower) 48 United States. For all other destinations, please email us for a quote.
In-Store Pickup: Customers who select this option must present valid I.D. and the credit card used for the purchase when picking up the item(s)—NO exceptions. All In-Store Pickup orders will be processed and filled as soon as possible—depending on in-stock availability (and how busy we are)—and we will notify you via email or phone when you can expect the order to be ready.
RETURNSNew Items: Returns accepted only for items in same condition as sold. Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways, even if item was sold with “FREE SHIPPING”. Actual shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount. All new items must be in same new condition with all packaging intact, including, but not limited to, boxes, cases, stickers, protective covers, hang tags, papers, “case candy” and any free promotional items. No new item will be accepted for return if it has been registered with the manufacturer for warranty purposes. Any item we deem not in new condition may be subject to a restocking fee.
Vintage & Used Items: All used items undergo thorough inspection for playability and function. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 3 days from receipt of purchase. If you feel the need to return an item, please contact us immediately as we must evaluate all vintage and used returns on a case by case basis. All shipping costs (outbound and return) will be the responsibility of the buyer except in the case of defective goods. Used items will be inspected for missing or changed parts and any additional wear.
Prior approval is required for all returns. Any item returned without prior approval may be refused.
Many products such as amplifier tubes, instrument pickups, microphones, software, books, harmonicas as well as any other products designed to come in contact with the mouth or ears due to sanitary concerns, may not be returnable unless the product is defective. Please contact us immediately and we will be glad to contact the manufacturer on your behalf for possible replacement.
Refunds will be issued once item has been received and inspected. Refunds are generally processed within 5 business days.
