Having started in a tiny storefront in historic Five Points, The Fret Shop has grown into one of the largest dealers of stringed musical instruments in North Alabama. We carry a wide selection of musical instruments, and our friendly and knowledgeable staff can help you find the guitar, bass, violin, banjo or mandolin that's right for you.
We also carry several lines of amplifiers, strings, effects, stands, microphones, PA systems and books. We take great pride in offering superior service -- both before and after the sale -- at the lowest possible prices.
We are open for business Monday through Thursday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
